Fencing challenges both the mind and body. At RIFAC, we appreciate and respect each student’s individual ability and unique personality.
Youth classes are for kids ages 8-14.
5-week summer session is $175.
7-week session: $240. All equipment is provided at no extra charge.
Our awesome summer camps are also a great place for beginners to get started!

Open fencing is a time to gain fantastic experience alongside competitive fencers. Adult fencers should have completed at least a few months of the Intermediate level and must have all of their own gear, including knickers and electric fencing equipment. Ongoing throughout the year. Included with monthly RIFAC membership ($75/month).

Live the history of fencing with this class in Historical European Martial Arts! This ancient, Western martial art will combine forms and practical training. Each class will introduce new technique and refine previous material. Come explore this exciting and historical combat training class at RIFAC!
For ages 14 and up. Class meets once per week.
Beginner HEMA/Longsword Class, 8-week session, $275. All equipment is provided at no extra charge. No previous fencing experience required.
Intermediate HEMA/Longsword Class, ongoing September- June, $145 per month. Students must have their own mask. All other equipment is provided at no extra charge.
