Beginner Classes
Youth Fencing Classes offer an energetic and engaging introduction to fencing for children ages 5–8, building essential skills and confidence while preparing them for future success as fencers.
First 7-week session for beginners: $245 (register below)

Open fencing is a time to gain fantastic experience alongside competitive fencers. Adult fencers should have completed at least a few months of the Intermediate level and must have all of their own gear, including knickers and electric fencing equipment. Ongoing throughout the year. Included with monthly RIFAC membership ($75/month).

Live the history of fencing with this class in Historical European Martial Arts! This ancient, Western martial art will combine forms and practical training. Each class will introduce new technique and refine previous material. Come explore this exciting and historical combat training class at RIFAC!
For ages 14 and up. Class meets once per week.
Beginner HEMA/Longsword Class, 8-week session, $280. All equipment is provided at no extra charge. No previous fencing experience required.
Intermediate HEMA/Longsword Class, ongoing September- June, $150 per month. Students must have their own mask. All other equipment is provided at no extra charge.
